We build it, haul it, and supply it.

Zencostyle Construction delivers commercial, industrial and civil projects with our own trucks, our own supply of materials, and honest advice before a single brick is ordered.

  • Build: Commercial, industrial and civil work
  • Haul: Our fleet moves materials to site
  • Supply: Materials sourced and delivered
  • Advise: Planning help before you commit

Construction that doesn’t wait on someone else’s truck.

Most projects don’t stall because the building is hard. They stall in the gaps.

The load that arrives a day late. The supplier who ships the wrong specification. The plan that nobody costed properly at the start. Each one is small, and together they are what push a project over time and over budget.

Zencostyle Construction closes those gaps. We are a multi-service company, so the crew building your project can call on our own trucks, our own logistics planners and our own supply of goods. The company that advises you on the plan is the same company that answers for the result.

We take on new builds, extensions, site works and refurbishments for developers, business owners, industrial operators and property managers. Some clients hand us the whole project. Others bring us in for a single stage. Both are fine.

What we build

Every job is scoped to your drawings, your budget and your deadline. These are the types of work clients ask us for most.

Commercial buildings

Offices, retail spaces, showrooms and mixed-use developments, built to be occupied on the date you were promised.

  • New commercial builds
  • Extensions and additions
  • Retail and showroom construction

Industrial and warehousing

Practical, durable structures for storage, manufacturing and operations, with the hardstanding and access to match.

  • Warehouses and workshops
  • Yards and hardstand areas
  • Plant and equipment bases

Civil and site works

The groundwork every project depends on. We prepare the site so the building, or your operation, has something solid to stand on.

  • Earthworks and levelling
  • Access roads and platforms
  • Drainage and boundary walls

Residential developments

Multi-unit and estate-scale housing where consistent quality and steady material supply matter across every unit.

  • Townhouse complexes
  • Multi-unit developments
  • Private residences

Renovations and fit-outs

Refurbishment of existing buildings and tenant fit-outs, planned to keep disruption to your business as low as possible.

  • Refurbishments and upgrades
  • Interior fit-outs
  • Structural alterations

One company. One point of accountability.

Because construction is only one part of what Zencostyle does, the rest of the company works for your site.

Usually

  • A builder, a haulier, a supplier and an adviser, each on their own schedule.
  • Deliveries wait for the site, or the site waits for deliveries.
  • When something slips, each party points at another.
  • Four quotes, four contracts, four invoices.

With Zencostyle

  • One contract, and one project lead who answers for the whole job.
  • Our trucks move our materials to our crew, on a delivery schedule tied to the build programme.
  • When something slips, we fix it. There is nobody else to chase.
  • One itemised quote and one invoice.

The rest of Zencostyle, working for your site

  • Construction: The crew that builds it.
  • Truck rentals: Trucks on site when the programme says so.
  • Logistics: Deliveries planned around your build.
  • Supply of goods: Materials sourced to specification.
  • Consultations: Advice before you commit.

How a project runs with us

Five stages, each with a clear outcome.

1. Consult

We start with a site visit and a conversation. What are you building, what is fixed, and what can flex? We look at access, ground conditions, services and risks, and we tell you plainly if something in the brief will cost more than you expect.

You get: shared scope, site notes and a list of open questions, before any quote is written.

2. Plan and quote

We turn the scope into a programme and a priced quote. Materials, plant, transport and labour are itemised so you can see where the money goes, and where a cheaper option exists we show you that too.

You get: an itemised quote and a realistic timeline you can hold us to.

3. Mobilise

We set up the site: access, storage, signage and safety controls. Our trucks and plant start moving in on a delivery schedule tied to the build programme, so materials neither sit idle nor arrive late.

You get: a prepared, safe site and a delivery schedule that matches the build.

4. Build

The crew builds to specification with a site lead you can phone directly. We report progress against the programme, flag changes early with their cost, and inspect work at key stages rather than only at the end.

You get: regular progress updates and no surprises about time or cost.

5. Hand over

We complete a walk-through with you, correct any snags, clear site materials and equipment, and hand over the documentation for the finished work.

You get: a finished project you can use, and a team you can call if something isn’t right.

Safety, quality and straight talk

Construction is built on trust. These are the standards we hold every site to.

Safety comes first

Every site starts with a risk assessment, a briefing for everyone who works there, and the right protective equipment. Our drivers and crews are trained for the plant they operate, and site access is controlled. If a task can’t be done safely, it doesn’t start.

Built to specification

We build to your drawings and the standards that apply to them, and we inspect work at key stages before it is covered up. Materials come from suppliers we know, and we check what arrives against what was ordered.

Clear communication

You get one project lead, regular progress updates, and notice as soon as something changes. You should never have to chase us to find out where your project stands.

Transparent pricing

Quotes are itemised. Variations are agreed in writing, with the cost stated, before the work goes ahead. If we find a cheaper way to reach the same result, we tell you.

Questions we hear before every project

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. The size of the project matters less than whether we can do it well. Tell us what you need and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.

Can I hire just the trucks, or buy just the materials?

Yes. Our services work together, but they also work alone. You can hire a truck, book a delivery, order materials or ask for advice without commissioning a full build.

Can you advise me before I commit to a project?

Yes. Our consultation service is there for exactly that. We can help you scope the work, test a budget and spot risks before money is spent.

Do you work from my drawings, or do you design as well?

We build to your architect’s or engineer’s drawings. If you don’t have them yet, we can help you define the scope and point you to the right professionals.

How long does it take to get a quote?

It depends on the size of the project and how complete your drawings are. Smaller jobs move quickly, and larger ones need a site visit first. We will give you a date when we take your enquiry.

What happens if the plan changes during the build?

Changes happen on most projects. When they do, we price them and get your written approval before the work goes ahead, so you always know the cost before you commit to it.

Which areas do you serve?

Tell us where the site is. We will confirm whether we can service it and how our fleet would get materials and plant there.

What happens after handover?

We stand behind our work. Defects found after handover are logged and corrected. Ask us for the specific terms when you receive your quote.

Tell us what you’re building.

Send us the basics. We will come back with questions, a site visit if one is needed, and a clear next step.

It helps if you include:

  • Site location and access
  • The type and rough size of the project
  • Your target start and finish dates
  • Drawings or specifications, if you have them
  • Your budget range, if it is fixed
